    More in store tastings

This was an awesome English Barleywine. Flavors of huge caramel, brown sugar, toffee, molasses, toasted biscuit, nuts, raisin, plum, prune, fig, cherry, and date; with lighter notes of licorice, chocolate, cocoa, leather, tobacco, herbal hop, and yeast earthiness. Mild herbal hop and roasted bitterness on the finish. Light carbonation and full bodied. Very creamy, silky, bready malts; light slickness, sticky hops, and chalky roast. Lightly increasing lingering bitter dryness. No cloying sweetness. Minimal warming for 13.6%. Very smooth sipper. Awesome balanced rich malts and fruity English yeast; with mild earthy hop balance against sweetness. Spot on style example. 4.1

Another amazing offering from ETB ..
Pours a golden color with a foamy cloud puff head and huge lacing .
Smells of fruit and vanilla but nothing super overpowering .
Taste to me is the best as it is a 9 abv IPA and you would never know it . The smooth texture from the lactose and the vanilla cover up any bitterness .
I absolutely loved it and the price is unbeatable for a super quality IPA .

So happy they distribute here now . Could quickly become one of my favorite breweries as I continue trying their different offerings
    CHEERS !!

Last one of the four pack .. so delicious

This is a very interesting beer @Smokesnotes

I do like it, but I’m going to say something about it. I’ve had a lot of beers that I can drink without food, that I think would pair well with food. This one for me, needs food. And the recommendation on the can for pairing with game is spot on. With some venison, rabbit or even a gamey lamb chop, this tart pumpkin beer would be fantastic. There’s something about the combination of pumpkin spice and tartness that makes it a bit rich without the food. I actually think it’s a very well done beer.

    Let the bottle share begin:

Neapolitan Milk Stout, by Saugatuck Brewing (June 28, 2018)...tastes just like ice cream:

And “black tokyo horizon”, a collaboration between BrewDog, Nogne-0, and Mikkeller (May 3, 2013), 15.2%

Roast peat bitterness no oxidation sweet caramel malt and boozy.

I gotta go home and work on my costume - Cheers!

I work for a Swedish company, one of the engineers brings me a few beers when he comes over. I shared a few with the BIF group I'm in. I'm hoping to get to go over there at some point and visit Spike. I've noticed that you have added the majority of the beers I have had from Sweden.
