I feel like this is a very unfortunate typo that makes it hard for me to sit down.

That's why they wax the bottle, no sharp edges...

First time I had cheer team was at a local spot.. after more visits there, I feel like they dont clean their taplines very well. I also know for certain that they keep kegs a long time before they actually tap them

Long story short I tried Cheer Team at FFF last weekend and think its one of the better IPAs they have done in a while

Yea I looked there as well... all I saw was the BW stuff which also sounds good. Looks like I will be making a trip this week.

It is.. zoomed in on the label the other day. If the pic of the jumbo bottle wasnt enough evidence. However no bottle limit would be great because I've had people asking me to get them one since I'm the only one that consistently road trips 4 hours to FFF

I've also been thinking/wondering if FFF is taking a new approach to their brand.

Theres no reason this beer wouldnt be in the classic generic handwritten label in past years. They are actually great with customer service now, money is flowing in like never before (I assume), the expansion will create a whole new experience and environment, the distillery opens soon (I was told that last week by an employee because he potentially will be one of the central figures working in the distillery), and after the releases of Grapes of Wrath + Geordonnay it seems like they are hitting the ground running going into 2019.

Aside from Rue D Floyd, have they ever labeled a bourbon barrel beer?

They have been active on social media and actually announcing a release almost a week in advance is far from typical for them. Maybe labels on BA beers could become the norm. Or maybe ones like "BA Moloko" and "BA Behemoth" will remain in generic bottles yet they will increase their number of creative BA offerings like this barleywine.

Not to mention this years Dark Lord variant extravaganza

As an out of towner I've probably been to their pub 60 times over the past 3 years so I'm always speculating and keeping up with them.

I sat at the bar one day and just playfully said "so what's up with Drunk Monk?" Hit the nail on the head because I was shocked when the bartender said "maybe tomorrow or the next day."

    Excited for their future.

Yeah just seen a picture of the bottle. definitely looks a 25oz or 750 ml bottle and wouldn't be surprised if tenamu was also wrong about limits.

I'll get a slight chuckle in a few hours when the fact check comes through on that article and they miss every major element

Yes, they've labeled many one offs Bourbon barrel beers. The names escape me, but one was a black ipa and the other an oatmeal stout.

didn’t they label the “goops” and the mikkeller / surly / floyds / [some other brewery?] BA stout blend?
