There wasn't much Rocky Road flavor in this so-called "Rocky Road". Was a lot of chocolate, vanilla, and raspberry though.

How does flavor factory compare to previous cycle releases utilizing coconut?

In my opinion greatest hits coconut was better. That’s the only other Cycle coconut I’ve had though. I wasn’t very impressed by C+C. It was good, but not what you’d hope it could be.

thanks for the info.....my benchmark for them is the trademark dispute coconut bottle that was fantastic....was hoping for something along those lines.

Cocodamia (5th yr anniversary beer) was excellent, with coconut floaters galore. Wish I had a couple more bottles

Not Cycle related but am I the only one who is not a fan of the new Marshal Zhukov labels? The older labels were always very distinctive, and these blend in on the shelf.

    It's okay... This is CCB/cycle thread :-)

    I don't mind the label.

    Edit: is that a 750ml?

It looks big next to the 12oz FB, but the shelf tag says 22oz. That's what CCB says it is putting out. It's in the cooler at CCB for 14.99. (11.99 El Cat price). 4 years ago, I stood in line at CCB for two hours to buy MZ, and was lucky to get some, as it ran out soon behind me. It's still a great beer, but it needs to join its cousin, Ten Fidy, in 12oz cans.

My preference would be tall boys if they decided on cans

Stovepipe of BA Zhukov would be incredible but definitely won’t happen. One can dream I guess

CCB's site shows BA Big Sound available for carry out. Can anyone confirm that this is a new batch.

It is not,it’s the 2016 version. They have done sensory and feel it’s still drinking great.

Aside from that go pickup some cans of in bed by nine, be NE style IPA... good stuff on par with Nightmare confetti at a lower abv

Are they still selling them with the glasses no one wanted or have they gotten the message an overpriced BA Big Sound gift box was a bad f'in idea?

    Hello folks!

I am trying to find this glass, or just more information regarding the glass. How available was it when it released and where should I even start to look for it? I tried mbc/ebay with no luck.

Would this be considered to be a MSRP trade or are these glasses pretty sought after?

    Thank you very much!

I don’t think it’s very sought after. I bought mine at the brewery months after beer week. They might even still have them.

Can't believe the quality of beer you can get from Cycle right now walking into the taproom. BBA Baltic Porter, Hazelnut, Stay Fancy, Rare 1, and Caribbean Rum BA w/ Coconut are some of the best beers Cycle's ever released IMO, and they're so easy to get. The other beers available are all great too, 10 in stock right now.

They are great beers. They only sit because there’s no trade value anymore. If all you’re looking for is to enjoy a nice BA stout they are always a safe and excellent option.

Hazelnut is the best IMO but most are definitely not worth the price
