Side Project (2018)

I see on the draft list that Anabasis B3 will be previewed on draft on Nov 8th. It also says bottles will be released at a later date. Do this imply to-go bottles or on-site? Also my guess for onsite would be the BBT release, but am unsure.

 

I read it as it will be released to go at some point in the near future.

 

i’d guess to-go for members only. on-site for the rest of us. i think they’ll stick to a stout (DB Derivation) for on-site release for BBT weekend.

 

I’m going to disagree. I don’t think they would word the blog post the way that they did if it wasn’t going to be to go to the public. Batch 2 was to go at 1pp in March of 2017.

 

I wonder when Jammy’s dropping since Cory said on casey’s instagram post that it was November and 1/2 the weekends are taken already.

 

Would think it would have to be this weekend or the 17th. Don’t know that they would do it along with 2 other beers the 10th and don’t think they would do it thanksgiving weekend with BBT.

 

glad to hear that as i thought both batches had been TWCP exclusives.

 

B2 was a silent release at the cellar during the week (well, silentish, just posted on their to go list online without a specific announcement). Think it was 200-300 bottles?

BBT Thanksgiving weekend...that'd be quite a commitment to beer for out of towners, especially if any of them are also doing the BCBS insanity in Chicago. I'd think this strategy would cut down the crowd, but I know that crowd all too well.

 

Plenty of Chicago people (myself included) down there when they did the same thing last year.

Of course my BCBS was limited to just hitting a Binny’s at open.

 

I haven't tried for it in the past, how quickly does the link sellout? Like instantly?

 

Last year it took ~45 minutes to sell out. Hoping it’s abouf the same again

 

Awesome, I love Side Project. I went all the time when I was traveling to STL for work, haven't been since that stopped and just so happen to be free all Thanksgiving weekend.
