Has anyone had success in finding one of these? I tried to buy one at the abbey cafe last fall and was shot down. Does anyone know anywhere online or in the States that I could purchase one?
I also would love to get my hands on one of these openers. You can order one here, but they don't ship outside of the UK.
Yep, that's the only place that I've seen them so far. I was hoping I could find a place that ships to the US before hassling my friend in London about it.
Yeah, I've been looking for quite a while with no luck. There's a minimum purchase from that site, so you'd have to order a few openers or something else as well. If you end up hassling your friend into ordering a couple of them for you, I'd be more than happy to trade some brews or pay for one!
I saw one of these in the drawer at my step dad's place in Belgium. Unfortunately he didn't remember where he found and it didn't want to give it away just yet. I'll have to keep bugging him to find a few to send over...
There is a semi-local company that offers a US address to foreigners for mail shipping. A quick Google search found a UK equivalent. No clue how legitimate that one is, though.
