I’d like to hear people’s thoughts on how many VR units the recent release of Damon is trading for. Is the 2016 Damon any different?

New Damon has gone 1:1 with VR a few times since the release
2016 Damon is at least 2 VR units based on most recent sales

It will be way more helpful for you to list a certain trade you are trying to make and then go from there. Those beers could land thousands of shelfie beers as well a few hundred limited beers but listing them wouldn't be all that helpful to you.

Generally agree with this. I think Atrial is a bit higher than Sunday Brunch (at least the non-BA version) and just a bit below ANTEAD.

@forum8417 feel free to PM me, I've got some Atrial I'd be open to trading

How is BA Pallbearer looking currently? Would Damon '18 pull it with a plus, or are they 1:1?

Can a 3 Fonteinen Golden Blend close for a fruited Cantillon lambic? I would be looking to close this within the United States rather than international, if that even makes a difference

Are we talking Golden Blend 375ml or 750ml? Golden Blend 375ml (I'm assuming 2014) could close a Cantillon Kriek or RdG 375ml but I'm not sure if it would close those two Cantillon bottles in a 750ml unless the Golden Blend was a 2011. Golden Blend 750ml is a bit tougher to gauge as there are three vintages: 2014, 2016, and 2017. Plus the 2017 is receiving US distro so it has definitely not settled yet in terms of where it trades. But yes it'll close anywhere between an RdG 750ml and a Fou Foune.

I've done Atrial Rubicite 1 for 1 with Sunday and Mexican Brunch. ANTEAD trades much higher

I have a bottle of Yamazaki 18 year. Does anyone know the trade value in beer for this?

Looking for a silver wax black magick. Would a CW Anniversary vert 18,19,20 get me there?

As an owner of a silver wax, I would not do that trade with my last bottle. Not to say others wouldn’t, just giving you a data point.

Merely curious what Monkish hops trade for. Would really like to try some, but probably don’t have anything local that might be worthy of the trade.

I don't see alot of people trading monkish on BA, but honestly there are so many good beers out there that are just as good. Ive traded for quite a few monkish and don't get me wrong, it's good and I look for it but people ask to much for it. Keep posting for it and hopefully someone trading monkish is willing to trade for what you have. I usually get lucky looking for monkish on IG. But as to your original question you need a well known brewery like trillium, Other half, weldworks , great notion and anything along those lines. If you're dead set on trying it you may have to over pay because most people have traders already. Good luck.

In my honest opinion I started in the hops game with tree house and trillium and monkish to me was in the mix but a tad behind tree house.
Lately, as in the last 6-12 months, monkish have by their own admission dialed in batches and tweaked original recipes. Maybe it’s the fact that monkish makes between 60 and 350 cases per batch and tree house is 1000-3000 or maybe they just have it figured out. All I’m saying is that monkish is far and away the best maker of the NEIPA mostly IIPA in the world. I’ve had it all over the world and it’s not fucking close. I got 22 cans of Los Angeles fresh which was just released and has Nelson and Citra and to be honest I hate Nelson but I can bet that a Monkish Nelson beer will rock most “top” brewers galaxy/motueka or Citra/simcoe beers. In order to trade on a 1 for 1 basis I would want a stout or a rarer IPA like a curiosity series beer from TH or a special like trilliums galaxy cutting tiles. (Galaxy is my fav hop)
The only other breweries I would trade can for can for regular releases is Other Half and hop butcher and that’s mostly due to difficulty acquiring hop butcher. Other half’s lactose laiden beers are so unique so I would do a 4 for 4 on those

Just notice me you’re in Iowa. Don’t you guys have something called toppling Goliath? I’d give up 12 monkish for a morning delight without blinking. I’d do one for one to try king sue because I’ve never been able to try it. Pseudo sue was good enough to pique my interest
