  If you are coming for Sunday Brunch pick up this weekend we will be open 10am for bottle pick-up, cans and merch—tasting begin at noon.
  We will also be releasing Cortijo, our Tequila barrel-aged Saison, today during our tour and tasting room hours from 10-7pm.
  Its been a while since we released this beer because we were unable to source high quality Tequila barrels. These barrels we found were made from European oak that was first used to age wine then shipped to Mexico for use in the production of premium Tequila. Before it went into the barrel, Cortijo was brewed with Agave Nectar in the kettle then fermented at a high temperature with our Saison yeast. After it aged in the barrels we selected a handful of barrels that we enjoyed straight and bottled those. The rest we dry hopped with Motueka and conditioned on lime zest. Both variants were bottle conditioned to 3.2 volumes for a livelier mouthfeel. Four bottle limit per variant | $16 a bottle.j

Is Cortijo really that popular a beer?

 

Never heard of it. But rare, barrell aged dry hopped saison is likely to bring people who may have planned on picking SB up on other days, out today

Opposite for me. Todays release sealed the deal for me in the other way, next weekend it is.

 

Does anybody know if they still have the Anniversary sets available? Probably going to head out much later today.

How is it picking up the non- Sunday Brunch stuff? Toying with stopping by.

 

Easiest bottle pickup Ive had at Kane. Zero lines for anything around 11

 

tap room is crowded. line for non sunday brunch pick up is about 40-50 people

 

No one in line for pick up of sb .walked right up to the table

 

Follow up - can/growler line is a mess. Reminder that the front merch station does have growler fills for HH, sneak, oh, gray scale and something else.

Drift wood, anniversary, apiary, 2 saisons, fallen saints, wind swell, HH, oh, and sneak are can/bottles available.

Main lot was full but there was still a solid amount of street parking when I left 15 mins ago.
