They did? I still don't see case counts from Aslin. At least not on Instagram.

Yeah I just looked too and I guess they didn't.
I mean I don't know about canning saisonhands, that's what Ourison is for. Also I'm kinda getting over everything being in cans, no thanks to stouts and wild ales etc.

As someone who regularly ships beer, it's pretty easy to make connections and trade regularly with the same people.

Really not that hard. I live an hour from Tired Hands and spend about $10-15 round trip on gas alone. That equates to about the same if not more than shipping a package to New York and/or Boston.

Tack on a mule fee and it's not that far fetched for it to come out the same, sometimes less, sometimes more than what Tired Hands charges. Especially since it seems like they are releasing more $20+ beers than $20-sub beers.

Well, they had plenty as of 1:00. Most buying only 2 or 3 four packs as I did. Lots of other beer there too including the release from last week of Pineal and ITBWCWJ.

The beauty though? The had bottles of Shambolic behind the bar, saved me a trip to the GS. Love Shambolic and priced right.

So the can page has not been updated. How very annoying...............just take the page down already, it's now useless.

i can't believe they moved through all of that stock of the invasive series but i guess given time it will sell out eventually. just seemed like those were backing up into each other.

For what it's worth, they still had plenty of the shake, Eviscerated, and others left behind the bar at the Ferm last night around 7-8pm.

Checked the can page to see if anything is available at the Biergarten and sure enough case counts are back as of this afternoon?... Shake is Souled Out.

Tasting the Only Void shake tonight. Hops are dominating the flavor. Not getting any of the stout flavor aside from a pointed malt bitterness in the end.

Glad I only got a can of this in a trade. The flavors don't blend well with this one. Meh.

Had that last night and was right up my alley. Almost sensory confusion given the stout appearance but more of the shake hops shining through. Nice strawberry after taste and a little roast that got borderline Neapolitan.

Glad you enjoyed the beer, man. This is what craft beer is about. Not all beers are going to be for everyone and I think that sums up Tired Hands perfectly

So another batch of Trapper Pie? Didn't remember Lucky Charms as an ingredient last time lol.

Here is the info from the BA page on Trapper Pie.

Trapper Pie was brewed with spelt, malted oats and lactose sugar. Conditioned atop heaps of fresh apple purée, Madagascar vanilla beans, cinnamon sticks, ginger, and a nice and subtle amount of guajillo & ancho chile peppers. Dry hopped intensely with Simcoe, Equinox, and Hallertau Blanc. It all comes together with harmonious notes of bright tropical fruit, warm subtle spice, coconut, candied apple, and drippy mango jam.

And funny there is no IG release news today other than the lucky charms video clip. I was not a huge fan of the Trapper Pie V1 FWIW.

I have zero issue with proven breweries like Tired Hands doing things like adding Lucky Charms to their beer in isolation, but considered against quotes like "I worry sometimes our culture is favoring excess as a form of creativity" it becomes hilarious.

Not when you consider the creativity currently on display with stuff like Frequency Illusion.

If I was Jean, I'd also be a little piqued that stuff like Milkshake beers that I churn out en masse get all the attention, while the stuff that actually expresses real thoughfulness and creativity sits on shelves and gets mostly ignored.
