Chicago Stout Releases (2018)

I'm trying very hard to work out 3-5 times a week to ensure...that I don't visit the land of rotundness.

That, and trying to not drink much now, because I know the point where I want to drink the most is always around Christmas and new year, and then from around Feb 1 to May 1.

We'll see how it works out...

Yeah, Willettized was an easy pass for me at $14.99 for a bomber with 2 dumb ass Mason jar glasses that I don't want nor need in any way, shape, or form. 'Tis a shame that it went from a $12 sixer to this. Thanks Heineken for screwing this one up for us!

I strolled out with my regular Expedition 6 pack and went on my merry way.

Damn they’re doing bombers of willetized? The sixer was such a solid buy.

 

My Neckbeard Nectar bundle (2 reg, 1 BA) was $62.65 last year according to my bank. I ultimately pulled the trigger because the BA was in Blanton's barrels. Which is a bourbon I really like and haven't had a stout aged in their barrels before. I should probably drink those . This is all getting so embarrassing...

Yep. It's the, let's do the opposite of Revolution approach - put it in a bigger and more inferior format, quadruple the price per oz (I did the math), and force you to take 2 jars you don't want to boot. And I'm guessing it's already sold out. Someone's getting a promotion...

What it’s worth, my Binnys guy did tell me that they will be releasing just the bombers. Later in the year.

 

That would be a shame if it's just bombers. 12 oz bottles of a BA Coffee stout are the perfect size for me - plus you can't beat $13 for a 6-pack

 

In March 2015 the bombers of High Westified were $7.99-$9.99, the past two years the 12oz 6pks were $11.99 - $13.99, and now a bomber and 2 shitty glasses are $14.99 - $16.99?!?
Screw that Lagunitas...too much other GREAT beer at better prices and better formats.
And an easy pass on Dragon's Milk S'mores $17.99 gift pack of a bomber and 2 glasses.

CBS is garbage. Just drank one following a BA Abduction at local option and it was total bullshit

That's the first person I've seen not like CBS. I've had it twice and thought it was good, not great, both times.
