Anyone seen any Darkness 18 still on shelves anywhere?

I've got a pretty solid vertical going and feel inexplicably compelled to continue it.

Kudos to Steel Toe and not ****** us with Sticker Fight 6-packs at $12.99 which is a nice price compared to the 750 mls. While Waconia Brewing Deepwater DIPA is $17.99 for a 4-pack. They completely missed an opportunity.

Still think Pompeii is a steal at $10.99, mirror universe is fair at $12.99. If blissful was 4x16oz for under $15 I’d bite more often. What a time to be a beer drinker if you have loads of discretionary income

I still see quite a bit of it around. Not sure where you are, but I saw it at Haskell's and Total Wine Minnetonka this evening. Total Wine had a ton of it.

was just going to say how much I enjoy buying pompeii or sue at their price points. MU is also a nice grab. Been picking up modist as well lately. Dreamyard always hits the spot.

The south metro sucks, so I won't be driving down there. I'd just rather not get the beer. Plenty of other options.

I used to think everything from Steel Toe was price within reason and never considered them to gouge consumers. Then I saw this years BtD announcement.

I mean, you don't have to buy any...Steel Toe isn't forcing anyone to buy the bottles. If they're priced too high, they'll make their way to stores, sit there for a while and then eventually be marked down. This is what happened to Lunker even at $15-$20ish/bottle. Plus, they haven't released BTD in almost two years and this looks like a low bottle count.

Other small and regional breweries in this area have clubs now, charge $20-$30/bottle and no one bats an eye. But when Steel Toe does one BA bottle release in a LONG time, people complain? I don't understand the hate towards them all of a sudden. I'm not going to chase the variants, but I'm also not complaining about it because Steel Toe doesn't owe me a thing. If it's priced too high, don't buy it, other people still will.

First off, I don’t hate them. Not in the least. My fridge is currently loaded w 6pks of sticker fight.

I do find $30 to be steep and $45 to be stupid. As a fan, I feel it’s acceptable to voice my opinion on their pricing strategy. Aside from this post, I’m done and have no hard feelings towards them.

They owe me absolutely nothing, nor am I butthurt over the situation. I’m simply surprised by the price bc I haven’t seen something like that from them it the past.

Amen. Especially when you can find Pompeii easily for $9.99 as well. Always a consistently great brew.

Makes it difficult to buy others other than fatigue of drinking the same thing.
