Thought about trying, then decided even if I got lucky enough to buy a ticket, 10+ hours of driving is not worth it for one 12 oz bottle of beer.

So where is the best place to get stuff that isn't Pseudo Sue? Seems even the few Binny's that are closest to me (mokena and orland) only sell Pseudo Sue. Hell Pseudo Sue is easier to find than Zombie Dust and I live 10 minutes away from Three Floyds.

I was in Mokena Binny's over the weekend and they had Fire, Skulls and Money. Imperial Golden Nugget and Sosus. The TG is kind of out of the way there though. It's on the beer shelf against the wall all the way in the back on the bottom shelf. Weird spot.

Yeah there is some very fresh FS&M if you look for it. The Beer Cellar had stuff that I think was from within the last 10 days

I have to say this batch of FSM is awesome. TG sure can be hit or miss, but they can knock it out of the park with their hits.

I have a hard time believing a brewer that size in business that long is having the consistency issues we attribute to them. There are so many variables at play, it could be the temps it was shipped at, the temps it sat in at the distribution warehouse, delivered at, how it was stored at the retailer, etc. Are people who are picking up 4 packs directly from the brewery experiencing this wave of inconsistency? I just wonder if it was ensured cold storage from brewery to consumer if it would be consistent. Do they still have the "live beer, keep refrigerated" note on the can/bottles because often I find them not refrigerated when I purchase.

The TG four packs in the cardboard boxes are always a bit of both at Binny's. There will be a bunch on the shelves, and some in the fridge. Haven't picked one up in a while, since Decorah Sue initially dropped this past spring. So I don't know if they still have the "keep refrigerated" note on them.

FSM has been awesome 3 times in a row now. Starting to get consistent.

This has been my favorite beer by them lately by far. I haven't been buying much else from TG but damn is that beer delicious and consistent. It's only slightly juicy before finishing dry with a nice hop bite that doesn't come off as "green" at all. What's the latest batch date?

There is a 10/25 batch around, not sure if anything fresher.

That's fine with me I actually forgot about one awhile ago and even at 2 months+ it was great.

The latest canning of Sue is great also. I think that one is 10/29. Bought a 4 pack last week and it went quick...

Add another vote to Fire Skulls and Money seemingly being their most consistent IPA (that I've had anyway). I like its flavor profile so it works for me. Drinking the 11/07 batch for the record.
