Thought I might have to start this thread myself . . .

Good clear golden color with large white cap and abundant lacing.

Pleasant aroma of mild malt, pineapple and yes, apricots.

Taste is of a mild brew flavored with pineapple and apricot. My first thought was this is like drinking a dreamsicle. Clean, fresh flavors that carry through to the end.

Mild to medium texture with balancing carbonation.

Outstanding in it's own way, this is a simple Summer brew not unlike a Shandy in that the flavorings are the main thing. It's inoffensive and pleasant, sort of a pool side kind of thing.

Well one of the last SN IPA Hop Hunter on the shelves... SNPA no longer is available... who’s to blame? I will miss them and here’s hoping they order more from CA...

They're most likely shipping European bound SN from NC, but yeah, the absence of SN on beer shelves is never a good thing.

OK, sun's over the yardarm, I don't know exactly where, somewhere out over the Atlantic. Anyway, my chores are done, so close enough...

It's a bazillion degrees below zero and the wind's gusting up to 10,000 MPH but there's a fire in the wood stove and beer in the fridge so no complaints. Until I have to take the dog out. That's going to completely suck ass.

Good morning BA. Starting out with this Ellipsis Pinks & Greens.

Good not great. If I had to describe it in a few words, it would be dried apricot, stiff wood, and socks. It's ok but with all of the New England IPA coming out these days this one kind of just sits on the sidelines. 3.83/5

A bit of lazy time before hanging up some pictures and then heading outdoors to start the Christmas lights on what's supposed to be a 60 degree day.

A cold and blustery day with a fire in the stove and substantial refreshment on the hearth...

This came to me via the eminently worthy @jhavs back at the beginning of the summer - thanks, man! - and today seemed like a fit occasion to finally scoop it up off the basement floor, chisel off the wax and open it up. I've a friend expected over in a little while and maybe I'll share it or maybe I'll just hide it in the other room until he's gone.

Nice, enjoy! I have a few other variants in my cellar, maybe I will enjoy one by the fire myself! Looks like more snow this weekend.

I am appreciative of our Alma mater, but my wife is crazy about Purdue branded products. I spotted a fresh six pack of this beer in a cooler in Carmel, IN and knew she would love it. I had to try one just for fun. Pretty hoppy for a blonde ale, but enjoyable. Cheers all!
