Edina Liquors BCBS Release 11/16

    Just to let everyone know, Edina Liquors released some 2018 Bourbon County today. It started at 10, and I was able to get a Midnight Orange around 11. But I think all locations are sold out of variants by now. They had Wheatwine, Orange and Vanilla as well as Original. I am being told by beer experts that this is not exactly allowed to release Bourbon County before Black Friday. Does anyone know any better?

    1st Grand tweeted they were selling BCBS yesterday. Maybe goose doesn't really care?

    If my distributor gets wind of me selling BCBS early they will pull my allocation for the following year. I don't know how strict they are on that but I'm not willing to find out.

    I'd imagine the regular should still be there unless everyone flocked there during their lunch hour. They were enforcing a one bottle limit. I was able to get Wheatwine at the Southdale location but couldn't get a regular too. $11.99 + taxes for regular, $16.49 after all the taxes for the Wheatwine.

    Plenty of Fair State Cake Eater too if anyone's interested in other exclusives.

    Sold out at all locations now. Employee I talked to seemed to think yesterday was legit release date, not knowing they were off a week. Will be interesting to see if they get an allocation next year.
