Just opened a bottle of vanilla, I am just as happy with this as when I opened a VR in 2014. I honestly don’t get the hate. I liked it at fobab but now that I get to take my time with more than 2oz, I love it. I’d love to take any of the nilla bottles from the people that hated it at cost, I’ll send a label and a box.

Lombard Liquors might. Should only run you a little under 200 bucks.

Here in Florida I had to work but at 3:00 PM I was able to get 6 regular (could have had more if I wanted), 2 orange, 1vanilla (could have had 1 more but passed due to the majority of comments) and 1 wheat wine (could have had more but I passed). No lines, 75° and Sunny. I couldn't get the coffee because it was sold out. Having a regular on draft right now.

Audibled to Goose Island Brewpub for pours, seats at bar when I walked in at 12:30, busy but easy to get a seat shortly after entering.

Stopped at Binny's across the street, they have 2017 coffee and regular ($14.99 each) and 2018 regular ($11.99).

    Out of state price reports:

Wisconsin (i believe Woodman's) variants were $19.99 for vanilla, bramble and orange, $5 cheaper than the cheapest Chicago price listed.

Las Vegas Total Wine had same as Binny's pricing and received all variants except Reserve and Prop.

Went to the Brookfield Total Wine and paid 12.99 for reg and 24.99 for vanilla, allotments of 2 reg and 1 variant. Went down the road to Woodman's and paid 10.99 and 19.99, 3 reg and 1 of each variant.

Mom and Pop near me had one bottle behind the register marked $29. It was a little high, but I thought I'd pick up another. Owner told me that he was saving it for someone who was going to pay him $65, but if I wanted it, I could make him an offer. I passed.

Nice. Heading back to city now. Hopefully it’s still there in an hour.

Shocked reading all the hate on Vanilla. Had that, orange, wheat wine and reg on tap today; vanilla took the cake. All great beers.

Nah, on Finley and 22nd. If you want a reserve or prop you have to buy either a case of regular BCBS or a shit ton of regular GI stuff.

Those Woodman's prices are correct. I got 1 bottle of everything (minus Prop & Reserve obviously) and my total rang up to $103 and change including tax. Showed up to Oak Creek Woodman's at 5:30 and was 12th in line including the wackos camping out since last night for whatever the big whiskey release was. Turns out everyone was there for whiskey so I ended up first in the beer line. This was the first year I've been able to get all the available variants and the polarized love or hate statements on this thread have me excited to start crackin' em open to find out for myself!

After 2 more stops ended up finishing with 4 Reg, 2 each Orange, Wheat, & Bramble and 1 each of Coffee BW & Vanilla. By far the easiest BCBS hunt ever for me in Milwaukee. Coffee BW seemed surprisingly popular at the places I stopped but as expected Vanilla was the first to sell out at every store.

Wasn't too interested in the variants because they usually just aren't worth it. Got up at 8:00 this morning, cleaned the gutters, raked the yard and then drove to my small town bottle shop where a full case of BCBS was awaiting my arrival. I now 5 running years in my cellar and will soon be doing a nice vertical. I am glad I live in a small rural town where mot don't want to pay $11.99 one pint, .9 ounces of beer. Thanks to my little bottle shop! They always get me 5 cases of Hopslam as well. Connections are important!

    5 cases of Hopslam?

How do you physically put that down?
