BA one. It was already sold out in Millenia Plaza Total Wine. You may get some from East Colonial.

I think it was this thread but way back. I talked to my local beer manager and he said the whole state of NJ is only getting 36 cases of it. Seems like I’ll just probably be buying regular expedition unless we get really lucky here in south jersey

Ain’t hating. I was just trying to be informative in my post and he quoted it just to brag?

Grabbed a pair of singles @ $6.99ea to bring to a little bottleshare over the weekend. I dug it and so did everyone else. Big bourbon and thick body. Legit.

Just got really lucky. Was at a store and saw a 4 pack of BAES and gave in for what I expected to be a $30 cost. Note I passed on it the other day due to the cost but went ahead and pulled the trigger today. To my surprise when I went to the counter the clerk said the price isn’t what was showing on the shelf but would sell it to me for that price since that is what it was marked as. ( I didn’t even see the price as I already knew it should be around $30). He rang it up and said “that will be $13.90”. I happily said “Thanks man! Happy Thanksgiving!”

I wasn't bragging, I was just illustrating a different experience within the same state.

Local TW added this to the Black Friday releases, was a nice unannounced surprise after freezing in line for BC.

I just wanted to point out that its actually warmer right now in saint paul, Minnesota than it is in Charlotte, NC. I had to look it up after your comment about "freezing in line" because I was just getting warmed up in line when the doors opened at my store in Minnesota!

This beer has hands down been my biggest wow beer all year.

For a straight up, non adjuncted pastry stout this is probably the best I've ever had.

Maybe my bias is showing but if we are judging straight up non-adjunct stouts I think we should also remove BBA stouts. I am not saying BBA stuff is better or worse than "traditional" stouts; just different.

Which is easy to accomplish with Expedition stout. The base is readily available and quite tasty. I was impressed at how smooth the BA version was because the base is so hoppy but the barrel aging process transformed it into something remarkable.
