Anyone see Epitome in distro today? If I recall it usually shows up at on Black Friday in distro spots.

 

Saw it at Gary’s in Bernardsville an hour ago. Saw some other places on twitter say they got it also

 

I was able to grab two 4 packs at Roger Wilco Pennsauken and they had plenty left. Nice bonus while I grabbed some Bourbon county.

 

It was Bottle King in Ramsey

 

$16.99 / 4 pack at Shop Rite Liquors in Westfield. In the cooler.

I just have to say, I think the price is good considering how big a beer this is, combined with the fact that it says DDH on the can.

 

The DDH is real people...

Went to two local places and neither had it.

 

I’m sure you’ll come across it. I feel like it’s happened to me with every carton beer that has hit distro these days. Just end up seeing them when I’ve thought I missed them.

 

I was surprised to see it on Wednesday at Super Buy Rite in North Plainfield. I didn't buy any since I was planning to take my son down to the brewery yesterday, which I did. The DDH version of Epitome is superb!

 

Their selection is getting better and better. Ive recently found Icarus and fresh tonewood Fuego here in the past month.

 

So what exactly is meant by DDH in DDH Epitome? Otherwise still really tasty, my favorite hoppy Carton offering and easily the best Black IPA I've had, although this batch seems more citrus forward than pine forward.
