I've had two barrel culture bottles. One was really good the other was just OK

But giving a beer a bad review to manipulate trade value is the hilariously ridiculous.

BC is launching their clean beer program in 2019 and testing begins this weekend with a pilot batch of a DDH Amarillo IPA. This is being lead by the former head brewer at Bond Brothers.

Forgive my ignorance but what would a "clean beer" program look like?

Probably a lot of ipas, but ‘clean beer’ essentially means not sour or bretty. Brewers yeast only.

Yup. I have a feeling we'll start seeing a lot of hazy IPAs from them, @Crim122. Hopefully some lagers too.

Are they going to brew these in a separate facility? The current one really isn't that big, and I can def see a lot of sour bugs just hanging out there.

I seem to recall them mentioning NE IPAs were too easy to brew but I wouldn’t be surprised if they went this route.

    Good question. I'm not sure.

Their pilot batch was a NEIPA, so I can only imagine that's the direction they're going.
