My plan too. I'm also OK if a few are gone when I get there...I'm fine just walking out with that sweet nectar "Regular" BA Jones Dog.

Had em all at the dojo. Coconut is absolutely positively unequivocally unadulterated FIRE.

Apple brandy was the clear #2 for me.

The rest were fighting for third place.

“No. It’s not good. Everyone lies. They’re liars. I will not buy this.”
(Repeating in my head over and over to not spend more )
...already invested WAY too much into Rev cans and GI bottles and am almost happy this is way out of my way tomorrow...

Did they give out larger samples at the dojo tonight or the regular small sample plastic cups?

I’m looking forward to the bottles tomorrow or Saturday, but as a counterpoint, I had a full pour of BA Coconut and definitely didn’t think it was crazy awesome. It was solid. I noted that I would’ve liked more barrel and preferred BA Jones and Hyper.

If you needed more barrel out of the pour of cocojones you had, then I have no clue what you were drinking. The bottle at the dojo was straight firey bourbon with balanced natural coconut.

Tried a few. They were all pretty hot as usual. I think Sundae will be nice when it calms down a hair.

Love these releases. PW crew awesome as always. Sundae is Jones dog with a strawberry purée blended in. Coconut was fantastic, said they added toasted coconuts until it started forming a fat layer.

Regular samples. Pretty sure they are prohibited from giving larger samples of anything due to the type of license they have.

As someone who has not had any of the Jones Dog varieties. Are these worth seeking out?

No, not yet. I’ll bite the bullet and pick some up and then let you know if they’re any good. It’s looking like I won’t be able to pick them up this weekend, so definitely absolutely under no circumstances should you get seek any of these out until the following week.

November 2018 shall go down in history as the most expensive month of beer purchasing. I understand I don't need everything, but I need everything.

Now that I’ve got another minute to review the taster samples last night, I say with great sadness that hyper was my least favorite. The honey roasted coffee they used this go around was way too honey-sweet and overpowered the beer. It doesn’t even taste like coffee due to that funky honey flavor of that coffee. Sad Panda.

Is there literal honey or was the coffee honey processed?

The coffee is honey processed not honey roasted. Honey is a nickname for the mucilage between the bean and the skin of the cherry. Its nicknamed honey because it is sticky. If you leave that on the bean during processing then its a honey processed coffee. It adds some acidity to the coffee but not sweetness and definitely not a honey flavor.

Did I miss if the public can purchase these today, or will it be tomorrow?
