Just finished my last can of Cosmic Juice. Box with a few friends last night. That is such an incredible beer and is really impressive. Hits all the marks for me on the style, and was happy to finally try it and get my friends a taste.

How's the Parking situation at Corridor? Will be in town in a couple weeks and wanted to know if it is relatively easy, or if it would be best to take the train a couple stops down from Edgewater neighborhood?

Fee parking is available on side streets until 6pm. Otherwise there are metered spots available. It’s a busy area on the weekends but better with the Cubs season over

It's not super easy (it's a very busy area), but there's a lot of paid street parking around, so you should be able to find something.

While driving is more comfortable, the train ride is also very convenient if you're near the brown line (or don't mind a transfer at Belmont, or a 10 minute walk from Wrigley Field); the walk from the Paulina stop to Corridor is like 2 minutes (it's down the block).

To echo what others said, I think it's fine parking there and always drive. That being said, when we had some friends from out of town drive in from the burbs, I met them outside and parked the car for them. It just depends on your patience dealing with city parking, knowing you may have to check for a little bit and park a few blocks away (especially if you want free parking).

This is accurate. I'm usually driving there because I come from the city. We used to live around that area, and love Southport in general. But on average parking is a bit luck of the draw, and fully based on how much you like dealing with that sort of thing. If I still lived in the city, I'd probably rarely drive there and be able to drink my full of hazy IPAs and award winning other styles.

It wasn't a small part of my decision to move closer to Southport recently.

I’ll foolishly give away my tip and that’s parking on Roscoe just shy of Ashland is close, free, and usually easily available

No problem and will do. I think there's a 6pm expiration there too as it becomes neighborhood permit parking after that. I'm heading up for dinner tonight so I'll double check.

According to the website, Juicebox is gone. When did you thirsty monsters kick that keg?

Charm of Stone and Colorific we’re both really good while Triform was a great beer (caveat that I love me some DDH Galaxy). I swung by Maplewood on the way home to get crowlers of 3 hazies. The crowler life ain’t cheap but I’ve got some good stuff in the fridge right now

Current hazy options....Argent and Fragmented? Anyone tried either?

Any additional reviews of Charm Stone?

    Might be in late tonight.

I like Charm Stone a lot. It's hazy like a lot of their beers, very fruit-forward, and just sour enough to keep you coming back for more.

I picked up a couple hazy crowlers for the first time in a few months this weekend. I must say, it was much easier to get in & out on a weekend in late November than it was during Cubs season...

I like Spherical; balanced but still fruit-forward, with a creamy, soft mouthfeel. I'd order that again.

Hazy Daydreamz was way too dry / bitter for me, and the creaminess overpowered the fruit notes on my palate. It was a bit like cream of wheat with some dry grass & orange peel tossed in.

Just my 2 cents...times certainly have changed since I had to go to page 3 to find this thread!!

Speaking from personal experience, this is what happens when you go from a new hazy 4-pack (or crowler) every week to dropping $100+ on BA stouts.

Has the hype cooled a bit that I can pick up CJB at 5 today? Or does it still go within an hour or two? If anyone goes today please post line updates.

I'd be very surprised if it lasts that long. Staying around for an hour or two is already a cool down since it first started.

There was a line of about 20 people at noon. In addition, people at the bar and tables were buying 4-packs. I would be shocked if any if left at 5pm.

This was the least busy can release I went to by far. Got there about 12:10 and the line was in the door. Grabbed a seat at the bar and had a couple beers on tap and grabbed my 4 pack. Plenty of it was left at 1, but there was a pretty steady crowd that was coming in.

Little bizarre they didn't set a case per person limit with the 100 4-packs being available and all.
