    I’m drinking a Simcoe + Vic Secret from the September release, I found it in the back of my beer fridge (kill me), and it still tastes absolutely delicious. This has to be like 2 and a half months old and it’s still so dank and citric, beautiful color still too. Awesome.

    Simcoe is entirely underrated and Other Half uses it beautifully.

    I haven't had a simcoe beer from another brewery that has come close to forever simcoe or double simcoe daydream. OH Simcoe is seriously nuts.

    cause it's "hand selected"! but totally agree, forever simcoe and double simcoe daydream are so good, and FS really shines a few weeks and more out!

    I know we joke a lot about it but that brisket was damn good. I also got a taste of the new Gigantic stout collab that should be dropping soon and that was damn good as well. All in all a good morning.

    Nothing is better than that beef rib at Hometown. Except maybe Hop Showers.

    Beef rib at hometown makes that stupid wrap around the entire restaurant line worth it every single time. They even used to have OH on tap there but not last time I visited.

    Just Coffee and Coconut but it had a pronounced great coffee flavor, like they used really high end coffee (I dont drink coffee though so what do I know).

    That's what the guy who shared it with me said but i guess they could have been wrong. I will say though that the keg topper label says its an oatmeal stout. Not sure if they have done much of those have they?

    Ehh, I'd assume it could be like Short Dark and Handsome that's maybe almost always had lactose but was eventually marketed as such. Oats seem like a no brainer in terms of what people want from a stout body right now.

    Otherwise, Other Half: Where the IPAs have oats and lactose but the stouts don't!
