I was eating at a restaurant/taproom last weekend and the ceiling was covered with bourbon barrel heads (tops) with the names of major bourbons on them, Beam, Buffalo Trace, Jack, etc. One of them had a huge Goose Island goose emblem on it, though I don't believe they make bourbon. Turns out there was a limited run of those, and even some real nice Bourbon County Stout heads (see below). Couldn't find them online but either of those would make a great craft beer gift.

Me too almost to the letter.

My only exceptions with beer is stouts, they taste weird if cold, I think they're better 50ish.

I've received glassware, bottle shop gift cards, a wall mounted cap collecting deal . . . All thoughtful gifts from my parents come to think of it.

I know that I'm hard to shop for so I'll just say that I would rather have a gift card to a nice bottle shop or a favorite tap room as anything else. I have a drawer full of bottle openers and a shelf full of odd ball glasses that I'll never use. To me, buying a beer drinker a glass or bottle opener is like giving an Elk Hunting Guide a hunting knife as a tip!

I would love to have one of those Damascus bottle openers that Drunken Marmot Forge makes but I'm too tight to buy one.

Best thing I've read on this site, or anywhere for that matter.
