Working a beer and after transferring into sterilized secondary, the wort sat for about 10 days before adding 2oz each of Simcoe, Columbus and Centennial hops using a sanitized infuser. After 4 days, I now have yellowish clumps that have formed outside the infuser floating along the secondary wall. I am told it is protein clumps; can anyone confirm this as I have dry hopped before and have never seen this. I have more hops to add on Friday.

I don't know, but would not worry about it. Hop away, then enjoy

Hop debris...have you used the same dry hopping setup before?
Dry hopping kinda like sausage making...sometimes you don't want to watch it :grimacing:
