Huntley's a burb, in my opinion. Starts getting a little iffy when you get further west from route 47.

i like this, growing up in cook county and now living in kane.

just realized we were talking about MORE opening up a 2nd location in HUNTLEY?!?! dude I'm out there as far as Western burbs go and this will still be a ~40 minute trek.

Definetly seems like an odd location but I bet they are getting the buiding for dirt cheap and it sounds like the town is willing to bend or change some laws to get them up and running. Would be nice to see their beers hitting distro though

Does Huntley allow bottle sharing? I'll ask this important question at the village board meeting.

    Correct.

    Now compare Huntley - 4 x 12 oz bottles
    to
    Villa Park - 1x 16.9 oz.

One less greater than symbol MaYBe?

Yeah I’m sure they want to run a profitable restaurant (and perhaps found an underserved market like VP was), but I think the emphasis is really placed on the production aspect. Making much more beer will be a good step forward even if the city folks won’t go that far west

Im pretty sure distro would be a part of that though so the city folk would eventually be able to pick it up at their local shops.

Yeah, I’d have to think they want to scale up a good amount with the new space. Does anyone know the size of the new facility compared to the VP location? I’m terrible at knowing the square footage and just how big it really is.

ive seen their submittal to huntley, its huge and they have a grassed event space adjacent that would be their property that certainly looks like a festival space to me

They said in the comments that there'll be another release next Saturday, I'm guessing that'll be the coconut. This breakfasty can sounds good, though!
