New Glarus Brewing (2019)

At least one of the beers is part of the 2019 schedule--Cabin Fever. Here's a link to their Facebook post announcing its release and I did see it on the shelves in western Wisconsin.

 

I've really been hoping for a return of Edel-Pils, Hometown Blonde, and Dancing Man Wheat. 3 of my favorite beers from them that seldom get brewed.

I’m with ya. Hometown Blonde is possibly my favorite lager in the world. I’ve never had the chance to drink Edel

Drinking some Cabin Fever right now. Dan and his staff truly are masters of the lager.

 

Haven’t had Cabin Fever in a while. I need to revisit it.
Edel pils is fantastic. I don’t think they’ve made it since 2013. I think I went thru 2 cases that summer.
And yes, Hometown Blonde is an absolute world class lager.

Flanders Sour - that's a good start to the year. It's January...where is it?!

 

You'll notice that each month has between 4 to 5 'bars' or elongated rectangles. Those represent the number of weeks in each month. The ones that are filled in with a color mean that the beer is available then. For the Flanders Sour, the bars aren't filled in until the third bar (i.e. third week). So I'm guessing it will be on the shelves sometime in mid-January.

 

Check again. It's filled across the whole line for me.

 

The first 2 boxes are white when I look.

 

I'm the same. Whole box is red. However, my whole screen looks different than the screen shot that was posted here.

 

Ahh, der, I'm looking at the online calendar linked in the OP, not at the image posted above. (It wouldn't load before, but now I'm seeing it and yeah I'll just shut up now.)

 

It moves and changes shape when I look.

 

Are the bars blue & black or white & gold?
