Boulevard Single wide. Hoppy beer for $5.99/6-er. It's a good, uncomplicated, drinkin' IPA

Based on the ratings here, Backcountrys Telemark IPA (I guess now it goes by the name Backcountry Pale Ale) is a solid beer. I found it to be really, really good.

Avery's Ellie's Brown Ale and Cigar City's Maduro Brown Ale are 2 of my favorite browns and I think great. Rating here seem to place them in the good category.

I also really enjoyed Funkwerks's Helter Spelter, but was hesitant to try it based on the reviews here. I definitely enjoyed that one more than most.

I REALLY like Monk's Blood and Fireside Chat by 21st Amendment. I might get stoned for saying this here but I am really not a huge fan of Founders Breakfast stout. The coffee overwhelms me too much.

Speaking of Trader Joes, the Stockyard oatmeal stout is damn good for $6/sixer.

Every time I drink SNPA I feel it's a very under rated beer, it should be a top ten beer IMO!

New Holland's "The Poet" - between the overall taste, low ABV, drinkability, body, and price, this beer is the ultimate session beer for me. I LOVE it.

Three beers rated "good" on BA that I think are great:
    Victory Headwaters Pale Ale
    Elysian Loser Pale Ale
    Great Divide Colette Saison

All inexpensive options that I compare to their top of the list brethren.

Fresh Spaten Helles and Oktoberfest. IMO better than 98% of U.S. "craft" versions of either style, but rated very average by your average BA.

I don't love it, but I thought it was good, not bad anyways. Didn't understand the extreme hate.

I definitely agree with you on the Headwaters Pale Ale. I really enjoyed this beer. I need to pick it up again soon.

Jolly Pumpkin E.S. Bam. Has a rating of 85, and never gets praise when talk of JP comes up but it's one of my favorites from them. Reminds me of Rayon Vert on roids. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it.

I seem to like BBC Bourbon Barrel Stout more than most, actually is the best barrel aged beer I have had.

Overcast Espresso Stout and Twisted Kilt Scottish Ale are a couple others.

I think if they would stop shipping their beers in green bottles, we would get a better appreciation for what these beers really are supposed to taste like. I remember getting a 6 pack of Spaten Octoberfest a couple of years ago and it was so severly skunked that it was barely drinkable. I've had it on tap as well and it's a shame the big contrast between having it on tap vs a bottle.
