Awesome haul from FTowne for a LIF win. The pale ales have been consumed and the El Gato Grande was especially good. Looking forward to the DAFT and I have heard good things about the Schlafly Pumpkin. Cheers and thanks for a great box that was packed so well it could have been sent to me via catapult.

 

trxxpaxxs sent me this surprise box. Berserker was a big want and the Friar Quad looks tasty. Thanks again!

How is it and does a little age on it improve anything?
Just curious, have eyed on shelf more than once.

 

It could use some age IMO. Still, I did enjoy sharing a bottle.

 

Hmmm, there's at least one bottle form last year still sitting on one of my bottleshops shelves.

 

the numbers cast in the glass is the year before its release..I have vintages back to 08 and there the numbers in the glass are always the year before its release.. not confirmed by anyone but me..

 

I'm questioning that because I have one dated 2012, so by your logic i shouldn't have that for another four months

As usual, PA getting a wet hop IPA 5 weeks after bottling. Still so good though

I said the same thing the other day.
Even a wee bit over a month old, it surprised the hell out of me when I had my first Friday.
Needless to say, the 4-pack died last night.
Tasting this off the bottling line must be sublime.
