One of my new year’s resolutions in 2018 was to procrastinate more and drink more Golden Monkey. It only took 54 weeks to pickup a six-pack.

Look at me drinking multiple weeknights this week. I know, I’m a bit of a rebel that’s why my wife fell for me. This is a Southern Tier Old Man Winter. This one is interesting. Labeled as an English Old Ale. It’s not a very good English Old Ale. Now, if you were to tell me it was an American Strong Ale....well, I’d buy that

Canned 01/09/19, the citrus is bright and the beer is as enjoyable as I’ve had it, freshest cans in about 3 years...I’ve had good luck with getting fresh 12packs the past few days, @Ocalafox , at the local TW here. Publix and ABC just have December 5 canning dates. Cheers y’all!

 

After housing some tacos, Oh...Forever by Other Half, creamy, spicy dank. Passion fruit big-time. Fantastic dipa. Definitely worth the trip.

 

I get it ... although I don't want rain right now being winter and all. I hear we're supposed to get a good amount of snow. I hope it'll be the 8-12 inches that they predicted earlier in the week.

Have you seen the remake? I'm pretty excited about it, especially for the Thom Yorke score. Looks like iTunes has it for rent on 1/29.

 

You know, I'm pretty open-minded, but I've never understood the like/love for that beer. I've given it many, many tries, but I can never finish one. And I like tripels!

 

Saw a 60 Minute, 75 Minute, & a 120 Minute.

I’ll join in the DFH crowd with this one. Never tried it initially years ago, because of the format. A fresh 12 oz bottle though? Bottled 12/18; I’m in.

Dogfish Head — American Beauty 2018

Really nice pale ale, light-bodied, fresh hop notes, touch of honey. I’d pick up a sixer of this definitely.

I’ll play...have to admit I don’t like Hopslam (not a fan of its honey flavor) but I drink it, and in years past to some folks’s annoyance, have aged it up to a couple of years (science!) to see if it becomes drinkable (for me ), and yes the Jai Alai 12 box has the canning date stamped in big black letters!

 

I’m with you on that one. Never been a fan of that beer. #BananaRunts
