Mendocino white hawk ipa is rated 78 but I thought wasn't bad and a good value price wise

Two of my favorites are Blue Moon Harvest pumpkin (I know it's owned by coors, but this is a great gateway pumpkin beer. It's cheaper than most and really good), and Sam Adams Oktoberfest. I can drink these beers anytime. Love them

A couple of regular every day beers you don't hear much about: Founders Porter, SN Ruthless Rye, and NC Pranqster.
Special releases that don't get much hype- Arcadia BB Shipwreck Porter, Black Xantus, and Perennial Abraxus (this one is getting big, though, I think.)

Honestly, I go crazy over Two Brothers' Heavy Handed. It is such a fantastic and unique IPA. Between the malts, grassy, clean, crisp, snap, I can drink liters of it; I have the DUIs to prove it.

I went down south for Military duty this summer with my mind made up that I wasn't going to like ANYTHING Sweetwater, left with a great admiration for the IPA, Road Trip, and 420. I thought they were all good beers.

What I can't understand is why Shiner Bock gets totally trashed in this place. Granted, it's gotta be ice cold, but when it is it's one of my favorite summer beers. I have an "end of summer" party every year and ice down a wheelbarrow full of it.

I think pretty much anything from Rahr is amazing, especially their Gravel Road Altbier and their Storm Cloud IPA

Stone IRS. Best bang for the buck at $7. Always tasty, and really packs a punch.

Yeah, all jokes aside, that beer is killing it. Mendicino and all their birds don't play no games

Dude... That Founders porter is unbelievable. Seriously, I think everyone should talk about how delightful that beer is

Sam Adams Black & Brew. Doesn't really get a lot of attention, nor any kind of hype, yet I found it incredibly delicious.

Actually, that is a highly regarded Porter. I don't think that beer is considered an average acclaimed brew in the craft beer community.

Ha, yeah, you are right, my man, I just wanted to make a thread where we get to shout out all those awsome beers that don't get much attention in normal thread posts, aka everything that's not imperial. We see you, playa

It's in the Top 100, so I don't think it quite qualifies as average acclaim.

I also thought Fat Tire was pretty scrumptious, even though most people see to think of it as "meh".
