Not sure if this is the right place for this but if anyone is interested in going to pastry down with the VIP pass but does not want the beer, please shoot me a message. I can't make it but want the beer and can split the ticket.

I just cant imagine they do anything the weekend of the 2nd since it is wakefest in miami and I imagine there would be 5-6 OH employees down there for that possibly including Sam, Matt and/or Andrew, but who knows.

Swedes in heat is obviously a more traditional take on the style, with pineapples and coconuts being indigenous to Germany and all.

Can I get a split hat where half is prink/green brocooli pattern and the other half is boogie board?

Iron Heart has many canning lines already set up for different size cans.

Changing the can size at OH would require a complete over haul of the canning line, depalletizer, and can chute.

Just curious, how do you think Carton changes up their sizes if they have their own canning line? Do they have two separate ones? They’re always canning both. Of course, I suppose I could ask @augiecarton in his own thread.

Wow do they still? I believe you but I’m surprised with the volume they do these days.

Debating doing VIP for PastryTown as a birthday gift to myself, but like others, I assume people are waiting for a beer list to drop. It'd be nice to see some pilsners on there. I also saw Grimm is brewing something just for the event.

Green City had the "at least one non ipa" on tap requirement for most brewers serving 4 beers, I'm hoping it's the opposite, at least 3 non pastry stouts opposite that one 14% sugar bomb

Honestly I'd be fine with a 50/50 split though I did just realize that the lactose trend might seriously limit my consumption and/or Sunday plans.

Yeah haha, Sunday might be a day off from beer.

Most of my favorite beers at Green City were sours (Haterade, Blueberry Muffin, etc), and I wouldn't be surprised if that happened again!

Also Other Half's single hop galaxy beers have been awesome lately. The most recent batches of Space Diamonds and Space Daydream are fantastic!

I'm sure this has been discussed before, but this got me thinking.

Space Diamonds is just OH's single hop Galaxy beer, right? Daydream is the naming convention OH uses for "lactose", so Space Daydream is Space Diamonds with Lactose, right?

Why is there no common thread with the naming of the single hop beers? IMO, Mosaic Dream and Mosaic Daydream makes a lot of sense. But then you have Space Diamonds for Galaxy, Forever Simcoe for Simcoe, All Nelson/Citra Everything, etc. And then you have some of the OG recipes that are just the name of the hop "Centennial", "Citra", "Idaho 7" etc. Is this the type of stuff that keeps @SpinSamzo awake at night?

And double mosaic dream doesnt actually have the "dream" treatment!

Serious question: What's the difference between dream and daydream?
