Fully Frothed is one of my favorite OH collabs! Hoping this sticks around.

In for Pastry Town VIP. Going with a group of 11 folks from east Tennessee. We may stand out lol. Hoping for a killer tap list!

Nice! If you're going to be in town for a while, be sure to let us know if there are any recommendations we can suggest to help make the trip even better.

Green City had so many incredible taps. Pastry Town is going to be awesome. VIP was absolutely the right call.

Will do! We have a big Airbnb booked in what looks like Central Brooklyn area.

I've spent a fair bit of time around Manhattan but never been beyond Peter Luger or Barclays arena in Brooklyn. So def up for recommendations!

Agreed, the beer alone is worth 2/3 of that cost almost.

Lotta people saying there will be one more can today.

    3 today. 3 Thursday. 4 Saturday.

Florida Plates 2 was worse still imo.

There probably isn't a reliable indicator to tell us how long these'll last, right? Wondering whether I'll be able to grab cans at noon on Thursday, but understand if that can't be forecasted with any degree of reliability.

Once you got past the "aroma" it wasn't that bad?

I think it's worth saying, in a Florida Plates vs. Florida Plates 2 comparison, there are no winners.

I initially thought they might go this route, but they said releases will all be announced the day prior, so I feel like it will be 2 for today only, maybe more than 2 on Thur. But if it is 2-2-6 its not unreasonable. They have had Sat's where there's 6 beers releasing. Especially if one of these is a bottle.

I will be there tonight after work and can let you know what its like at that time. I am prob only grabbing fully frothed. But the weather is supposed to be awful tonight, which might help if there is only a smaller amount than normal

Yeah it smelled like wet dirty band aids with sweaty socks. Orthochlorophenol mixed with isovaleric acid.

I thought Florida Plates was awesome, but admittedly I'm a sucker for sweet, fruity flavors. It was more of a peach drink, like a slightly astringent peace tea.

2 was a bit more syrupy than 1 I thought but yeah you'll probably like it assuming it's consistent with the last batch. No guarantee since I'm assuming the original collaborators aren't physically involved.

Looks like rain in the forecast. Wonder how that will impact the turn out (line, if any) tonight.

I'm also flying in from California for VIP Pastrytown! I'm an old school Other Half fan though having lived in Brooklyn for 9 years prior to the west coast.

If you're looking for some great Brooklyn beer bars for rarity and diversity let me suggest St. Gambrinus, Torst (get the burger) and Gold star beer counter. I know i'll be spending much of my 4 days at these places and of course at Other Half

What are people looking forward to the most from the announced breweries so far? I think i'll get in that Horus line first for sure. Been dying to try his stuff.
