You hardly notice the difference if you take it off your plate and throw it directly into the trash.

"I wish I could quit you, beer." Cumbre's Malpais...
(Not really), and a little Longmire theme song to go with this New Mexico beer, since much of it is filmed in Las Vegas (NM)

Seems you are not afraid to work. You got my vote. Dude, I cannot remain awake 55 hours a week let alone work it.

I wish you well. I admire your work ethic.

Oud Beersel Sour tripel. This was fantastic. Great rocky head retention/foamy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big tart/sour lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, toasted oak, peppercorn, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wet wood, leather, and musty funk; with moderate wheat, cracker, white bready malts; light white wine vinegar, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate lactic tartness, Brett/wine tang, and yeast/oak tannin spiciness on the finish. Medium-plus carbonation, medium body, and fairly crisp finishing. Creamy/bready/grainy malts, some lactic acid, white tang, and oak tannins in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing acidic/tangy/tannic dryness, zero puckering. Dangerously smooth, minimal warming 10.5%. Amazingly well rounded classic barnyard Brett/Bacteria, and Belgian yeast complexity; with great wine/oak barrel presence, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. Outstanding blend of Tripel and lambic characteristics. 4.25

Palate cleanser right here, BA’s. After dusting two Moonraker IPA’s, I didn’t want to burn out on a third, nor was I feeling a Pliny I picked up today, so Coors Light it is:
