Especially if you were among the first dozen or so in line.

I just picked up Hoof Hearted cans in Kentucky. Looks like they are distro'ing down here now.

I saw some once in Louisville last year, but then never again. I think it's more of a drop than regular distribution.

There's a bottle release in Kentucky on Sunday that should not be missed. I won't say more. But you all know I don't play. And if you are late, you are too late.

Probably as I post this the Country Boy bottles have sold out. Coconut/Fudge is a fudge bomb with minimal coconut. French Toast is the best maple beer I've had in ages.

So I'm guessing that Country Boy has gotten it's barrel program straightened out? TBH, it's been awhile, but I got burned on two different bottles and I've been shying away. No hard feelings towards them, I'm just curious because I'm definitely up for giving them a try again.

By all accounts, yes. These 2 bottles are spot-on. The last DBSW that went around in kegs was great. The regular BA Wooley Swamp on tap right now is bourbon chocolate.

Now, you aren't getting a sniff of the bottles unless you know someone who got them, because they were gone in about 2 hours.

I've been thinking I'd seen canned West Sixth Snake Eyes by now the last couple of years, and I haven't seen any this year. Has it come out?

Yeah, came out back in January. I’d think it would still be around most places. For some dumb reason, total wine in Lex was doing limit 2 on single cans? I grabbed a 4 pack from Ernie’s a few weeks ago, but haven’t looked for it since then.

Thanks, I'm in Louisville and didn't see it here at all that I remember.

I don't think this year's batch was as large as usual, which probably means more of it went into barrels.

Eh, The Party Source had at least a skid of last years' release on clearance towards the end of the year. I bought a couple packs. I'd say a smaller batch this year would only line up with demand from last year.

I bought a few packs every year up to this one when I didn't see any. I'm not buying it out of barrels, it's a good everyday imperial stout at its price, about a buck cheaper than Pt5. Usually lasted a couple of months around here.
