Just when you thought they couldn’t add any more sugar...

Update: I can add peanut butter and maple cookies if requested. Also willing to just throw in sugar.

So what’s the deal with this All 5th everything stout? Barrel aged? What’s in it? Is it available now or next weekend?

C’mon man, you know better than to tease like that. Just drop the list of sugars you’ve got and I’m sure someone will bite.

If I had to guess I’d say it’s being released next weekend with the other anniversary IPAs.

Was this actually true or did they just take their time coming back out?

I honestly don’t care much about the collabs although I would have liked to catch some scraps of all infiniy at 11am.

But it must be said that this release was one step forwards, two steps backwards imo. They finally ramp up to assumingly double production to meet demand in the past year or so, and then use that additional supply for a different market. Doesn’t make sense especially considering current nyc market had also grown significantly in the past year. I know the story- get there early etc, but really it’s just so stupid - unless you are a mule.

Also, at this point, if they are going to announce that they are handing wristbands at 5am (on a freezing morning no less), they need to be more transparent about case counts, availability etc.

Rochester was nuts. 250+ in line, they started before 4:45am

Will the Anniversary beers released next week also be split with Rochester?

I'm very interested to see what happens once Rochester comes online. I wonder if the BK location will become flooded with beer to the point of them losing money? Will they ramp down production on most beers (since a lot of them not released today or next Saturday) last through the day? Will they brew more styles? Will the BK beer currently routed north head south on I-95? Will the dude behind Lorenzo get arrested for stealing cans from the warehouse? It's pretty neat to be front-row to what's happening to one of the "Tier 1" young craft breweries.

So many shops/restaurants want Other Half cans in Manhattan. If they aren't selling in BK directly, there are plenty of places for them to be offloaded. It seems they already do that with some places like Haymaker, which has cans to go sometimes...

Can't remember where I heard it, but I remember someone saying Rochester would be brewing more experimental stuff while Brooklyn would focus on the main lines

After reading all this I feel like I accidentally clicked on the Other Half February 2017 thread. Pure craziness. Glad my friend was able to go on Thursday when things were more 2019.

For rolling up casually at 1020 I got everything but twice baked. Granted they all sold out shortly after I got mine, I was happy I waited only 20 mins and got almost everything I wanted. I said this to my friend last night. I don’t see why they couldn’t have just done everything dropping today at 3pp instead of a case. Most of those people in line at the ass crack of dawn maxing out on everything are just muling it.

Limit secondary market resale and let people who want to just be able to try and share the beer with people the ability to get it with out needing to freeze in a line

Any opinions on All Dank? If I head there that’s probably the only beer I’d get. I doubt I’d pick up Imaginary.....I don’t remember being blown away the first time it was released.
