Not necessarily, I just feel like people offer their beers up for"whales" that have an set value in the eyes of the community to try to push the value of their beer up. Then you can just say oh people are undervaluing my beer or oh stop threadshitting

You guys are ALL idiots! You’re the people that have ruined the craft beer community by fussing about the value of what a beer should be.
The value of the beer is what it “costs”, taken in consideration the allotment released.

I have a life, thanks. And I send plenty of beers out at cost to friends because I want them to try good stuff.

Sometimes people put out ridiculous offers, which spur conversations. This isn't international politics, it's not that serious. Sometimes it's good to be lighthearted.

 

Do yourself a favor and keep your beer. By now DB Fluff and Maman have traveled across the country so many times it's hard to count. And that is another reason why you aren't having luck is most of those bottles are now in hands of people that have already traded (and probably over traded) and won't take a risk on a slightly lesser known. If I had one, I'd trade it to you because I've heard nothing but great things from 3 Sons and the collabs I've had including them have been fantastic...oh and I love Maple!
