anything that legitimately claims a > 100 theoretical IBU has around 90~100 IBU. there's no way to get more bitterness in, so IBU-wise any additional hops are dead weight. the point of putting in more hops even after IBU is "capped" is that you still get aroma/flavor from the oils (not bitterness).

Ruination, Fat Head's Hop JuJu, FFF Arctic Panzer Wolf.......all three have successfully numbed my taste buds before a dinner at the family-in-law.

Green Flash West Coast is pretty damn hoptacular esp considering it's their regs. Palate Wrecker and their Imp IPA are even hoppier but I think all the extra malt cloys some of the hoppiness. The hoppiness tastes "dimmer" to me with all that other stuff going on. With West Coast, I find the higher IBU per ABV and relatively lower "chewiness" makes its hoppyness "brighter". Im a big fan of that beer!

For DIPAs, I dont think anyone's mentioned Hoptimum, but I've only skimmed. Gubna is pretty damn hoppy too

On the opposite end of the style spectrum, Ten Fidy has a pretty high IBU content of 98 and is one of my favorite Imperial Stouts.

Calculated, but Vinnie Cilurzo says it is 90-95 IBUs from the lab. Calculations are a SWAG over 80 or so. Lab results are real (as far as the procedure gives you a number).
