still shows unavailable not sold out, which is weird, my cousin said he hadn't seen the green button in too long so he stopped trying.

I was a little meh on the pricing, but I really wanted to try these so I figured if I could them I would. I'm sure some of the adjuncts drove the cost up a bit. Kyle has been transparent on that with some of his beers that were tipping the scales price wise in the past

 

It said the sale is over at 12:23. But you’re right I went back and it does say unavailable again. Weird. And now it’s back to saying it’s ended.

lol as if Kane needed more confusion, it turns out "unavailable" does in fact mean "sold out" sometimes, as they confirmed that they're sold out even though Evebtbrite is still showing "unavailable."

 

This biggest reason why I passed this go around, couldn't justify the drive and time to just have the beer once and be done. Hopefully all of you who got them really enjoy them, I'm sure they will all be delicious. Cheers.

 

Had a weird Eventbrite issue I've never encountered before. Clicked the green ticket button at 12 on the dot, pop up opened, but the purchase button was greyed out and unclickable. Tried again, same thing. Then again, and unavilable for the duration. Even still said unavilable after Kane announced it was sold out.

Seems people had an easier time via the app this time around.

Same thing happened to me and one of my friends.

Not saying those who used the app all were able to purchase.

I'm saying I haven't seen anyone who used the app report the greyed out button issue.

 

Had app and site open. First time I tried on app the drop down menu where you selected amount was unavailable and wouldn’t do anything. Luckily got it on site.

 

The grey button thing is strange but the unavailable even after initial sold out annnouncement seemed to be no matter what people using.

 

Yeah, that was weird. I've used EB plenty of times and never seen that happen.

All In all it's fair to say I still dislike EB regardless of what format. Lol...

 

Got the bug where I couldn't select the number of tickets to add. I don't mind the Eventbrite concept, but god I wish Eventbrite just wasn't such shit

 

From someone who has and has not gotten through on the Eventbrite releases, I still think there has to be a better way. I know it is used to keep lines under control at the brewery. Anyone know or wonder if Kane will ever relocate?

 

They did lease another building, but they also want more tanks and a taproom improvement + a location for a potential “off-site festival”

 

So I missed the eventbrite altogether. Again. Fuck my iPhone calendar alerts. They never work right. Not getting to try at all feels worse than losing out because at least you would’ve had a chance to begin with.

So to those who missed out, take comfort in this: at least you’re not a dope like me who forgot about the whole damn thing altogether. Oh well. I kinda needed to save $60 anyway for Port Omna and other shit. Maybe it was for a good reason.

 

I’ve flat out forgotten a few times myself. But I actually disagree, I felt better when I forgot because at least I was enjoying my lunch instead of hitting refresh on my phone over and over like a moron.

 

I did this multiple times last year too and gotta agree with you. Less frustration when you flat out forget. Remember beer before social media? God those were the days.

 

I forgot Mexican Brunch until my buddy texted me to tell me he missed out, at which point it was way too late (12:04 LOL). So don’t feel like you’re the only dope.
