Anyone know if the second round of irregular cans made it to distribution?

I persoanlly have no clue but I wouldn’t be surprised to see Irish Coffee and Cafe Corretto OR Kaffe Und Kuchen get released this weekend or next.

Have been watching BeerMenus like a hawk since it was released and never saw it pop up outside the brewery. Guessing there hasn’t been any distro of it to this point. Bummer.

As I sipped a Cafe y Churro earlier, the combination of the cream ale and warm weather got me thinking about Canoe and Rabaska, and whether or not we’d see them again. Call it seasonal creep. Maybe the DST messing with me, but I hope we see those again. I’m ready.

A distro question for @augiecarton - noticed the Wegmans in Mount Laurel hasn’t had any Carton for quite some time now. Was their distro yanked?

Haven’t seen them there in forever either. I can’t say for certain they carried the Highlahds-brewed stuff though, I only remember seeing Unjucnt, HopPun, Beach all from the 2 Roads facility.

FWIW, I’d just stop by Martin’s Liquors right across the street (the store right next to the Wawa on 38). Better selection than Wegmns and they almost always have Carton available (sometimes you need to ask the guy if you don’t see any on the cooler shelves)

We finished both of my six packs in the first two days two years ago. I won't make the same mistake again

I do not recall whether I reslly loved the beers . But I definitely didn't hate them, and I absolutely loved the drinkability and the fact that they fit within my parameters for what I like to drink which is New Jersey based brews, with low ABV. And while boat is goat for me I remember these beers had absolutely no hop fatigue on the tongue

Ahh maybe you’re right about only getting the Two Roads stuff.

I try not to patronize Martins if possible as I feel their prices are pretty outrageous. I usually only hit Wegmans if my wife and I are already grocery shopping. It was nice being able to grab some Carton there.

I made the same mistake. Only bought a couple six packs.

@augiecarton, when is Justin Kennedy gonna deliver Boat on his fixie to the top spots in Brooklyn? Foodtown on Fulton would be a great start.

i wouldn't trust justin's balance out beyond a 4 pack or 2, just ask the beer guy to call union and order, they can get beer. not boat but other stuff

i don't know of a story per se but i will ask.
sometimes places get fed up with our process and just stop calling, it's life.
ask the beer team if anything in particular is going on and i will ask my people. hope it's nothing

If I recall correctly Carton stuff was usually $1-2 / 4 above other area shop prices. So not that bad. Moreso what they are charging for other beers is what I noticed. Again haven’t been there in quite some time so I may be off. It’s on my way home so maybe I’ll pop in and do some scouting this week.

@gardenstatepkwy I've only been going to Martin's for about a year or so now and I've never noticed their prices being higher than average. I paid around $12-13 a 4 pack of BDG, $11 for Boat, etc. I also bought some Tonewood Fuego about a month ago and it was the typical price of $13 a six pack. I'll have to pay closer attention next time and see if anything jumps out at me but I haven't noticed anything, personally.
