im going deep now but the grinning/nervous emoticons also push the narrative hes opening his own place.

Someone knows...it was rumored he was leaving RAM for awhile before he said anything....

 

From what I hear Shaun was sick of being pigeon holed into having to brew the same style beers he has been for 5+ years and wants to leave to start his own brewery focusing solely on pilsners.

Man, the quality at More has really fallen off since Shaun made his announcement...

 

If i remember right, I heard he was offered equity when More hired him away in the beginning. With the large expansion coming, I wouldn't expect he'd want to leave, since his ownership could become worth substantially more.

I'll take a shot and say he's going to be starting his own Side Project style thing, where he's affiliated with More the way Cory King was with Perennial in the early beginnings of SP.

 

What can't he do at More?

 

What are the two hop petals as dotted lines in the logo supposed to represent? The two new brewpubs?

Maybe he just bought a Tesla and wanted a less in your face way to announced it...

 

I just don't see how the owners of MoRe would ok a large expansion if they got a whiff he was leaving... he's MoRe's brand....unless it's a complete blindside..either way good for him....he's a solid guy

Yeah there's a lotta profit in starting a brewery and using 4lbs of hops and 60lbs of adjuncts per barrel.

 

Mikerphone and More's expansions aren't charities my dude. They're not expending that amount of capital and effort to merely tread water.
