    I wonder if they haven't posted anything new today because of IG/FB being"down" and kind of spotty all day or if they are just trying to build suspense. (Or maybe their new VIP bottles came out shitty so they're dumping the batch)

    Pastrytown Imperial Stout(15.5%)VIP Version with Eggo waffles and maple syrup. We brewed an imperial stout specifically for Pastry Town and this VIP version gets the breakfast treatment because it’s the most important meal of the day.⁣ ⁣

    Pastrytown Bourbon BA Imperial Stout(13.0%)VIP OnlyA blend of 1 and 2 year bourbon barrels conditioned on Madagascar vanilla.⁣ ⁣

    Cookie Kooks Imperial Stout(15.4%)VIP Version with Peanut Butter, Maple, Vanilla, Caramel Sauce, Corn Flakes, Cookie Crisp, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Golden Grahams, Cocoa Puffs, oats and milk sugarbrewed in collaboration with the always adventurous flavor chemists @omnipollo. This breakfast styled menagerie was concocted specially for VIP Pastry Town guests. It’s kinda like a Nutter Butter got smashed with boxes of cereal. ⁣ ⁣

    Snowbirds 3 Imperial Stout(16.0%)[​IMG]VIP Version[​IMG]with coconut , Emperors toasted coconut, marcona almonds and wild Thai banana [​IMG] with our favorite Florida bakery and smoothie shop @jwakefieldbrewery This banana dessert is going to be [​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]. ⁣ ⁣

    Ramos Gin Fizz Imperial Berliner Weisse(6.8%)VIP OnlyInspired by the classic cocktail we brewed this with pils malt, oats and milk sugarand then conditioned it on orange blossom water, lemon, lime and a blend of gin botanicals.⁣ ⁣1 4-pack per person. ⁣

    The La La Imperial IPA(8.0%) with @monkishbrewing The La La is packed with Citra, Citra Cryo, Galaxy and Idaho 7 on a base of 2-row and flaked oats. 1 4-pack per person. ⁣

    Regular release:
    Here is what we have for regular release, We're dropping two more Pastrytown stouts and The La La, this Thursday(3/14) at 5pm from our corner warehouse! ⁣

    The La La Imperial IPA(8.0%) with @monkishbrewing The La La is packed with Citra, Citra Cryo, Galaxy and Idaho 7 on a base of 2-row and flaked oats. $20 per 4 pack, four 4-packs per person. ⁣

    Pastrytown Imperial Stout(15.5%) Version 1 Chocolate peanut butter pretzel version with cacao nibs, peanut butter, pretzels and vanilla. $18 per bottle, 3 bottles per person.⁣

    Pastrytown Imperial Stout(15.5%) Version 2 Conditioned on Colombian Coffee️, cacao nibs, hazelnuts, vanilla and cinnamon. $18 per bottle, 3 bottles per person.

    Maybe, but for what reason? Making people happy all along would've been better than having to pivot and please, especially with the stress that comes with this weekend.

    I chatted with Andrew Monday and he was worried La La wasn't ready. Also the Ramos Gin Fizz is fantastic. Other Half sours are the new Other Half Stouts, slept on. Raspberry crunchee in a few weeks should be great.

    Where's the Bottle Logic collab? I mean Idk if I'll go out for this one, the Monkish collab is basically Citra + Galaxy with a bit of Idaho 7 so I'm sure it'll be good but I have stouts up to my ears.

    foam collab is awesome, pretty much galaxy+nelson dual hop. which i go hard for.

    oh sours are the new oh stouts (pre-pastry wave) because they are slept on and really aren't at the level of the best sours (HVB) but once they start adding some more crazy adjuncts they may surpass them in terms of scarcity.

    I've been thinking recently that OH has really dialed up their sours, and by this summer at latest, they'll get to a hype level that their stouts are currently at.
