I was saving a few Triple Crossing DIPAs I bought not long ago to send to folks in the frozen hinterlands. Consistently frozen tempatures in those places made that too risky. So, since this DIPA is getting old (canned 3/5/19), I decided the best course of action was to drink it.

Really Mike. Come clean. You just wanted to drink it.

These BA JA beers are getting pretty easy to find round these parts (Hudson Valley) and that makes me a happy fella. Been buying a lot of them lately, all kinds of variations.

Tonight is my 18th day working out of 19. Technically speaking, pretty damn close to 19 days in a row. I have my regular shift tonight and then one OT shift Saturday early am and then my brewery shift and then I’m off for 2 whole days. Almost...there. This is still soft and delicious. 4 Hands Zellige. Just your average Moroccan coffee stout. This sucker is well done, love the ginger root and spiciness that come in at the end.
