I think Andrew was saying the new form of Citra is a liquid form, like a hop shot but cleaner.

Right out of the gate, this might be the smoothest All Citra I've ever had.

It doesn't seem like it sold out tonight?

The commute in and out was a pain in the ass, but so far the juice has been worth the squeeze.

Foam collab is good, but I've lost my taste for Nelson over the years so it's a little more dank/pungent than what I was hoping for. Nevertheless, I'm enjoying it well enough.

Experimental All Citra is great. As @RobNewton stated, it's exceptionally smooth right out of the gate. Curious to see how this develops over the next few weeks.

Banana Croissant porter is decent. Heavy on the banana and vanilla, but the almond is virtually nonexistent on the flavor. It's good enough, but I kind of regret getting two 4-packs of this. Will save a few more cans for myself, but I'll be giving away some cans to friends and coworkers.

As for the actual event, I feel like I'm getting cold feet on it. I put out some feelers to see if anyone would purchase my ticket without the bottles/cans and I have a few people interested, but not committed. The idea of devoting a day to getting (what would most likely be) sloppy drunk before dinnertime isn't all that appealing to me, especially when you factor in that I have to be at work on Sunday morning. I'm still on the fence, but if someone bites I'll probably just give my ticket up in order to have a normal Saturday.

Ig story last night said they have 20 cases each of lala, mouthful, and the pretzel stout. Plenty of ACE and the porter. Everything else sold out.

I’m actually developing a very slight soft spot for some of these pastry stouts. But the idea of getting fucked up on them all afternoon - makes me shudder. Like imagine being 15-20 deep......

People with solid self control are one thing, but I know I’d overdo it and the thought of what that high abv / high sugar hangover would feel like gives me an adrenaline spike.

However I’m still excited to read about it, and to suffer vicariously through others.

@RobNewton has the drone been tested and confirmed to be in good working order?

I just stood and looked in the mirror for a long time. I didn’t like what I saw (primarily because all those sugar stouts last night made me pretty puffy)

Was the taproom relevantly empty during Green City? Planning on going Saturday and hoping it'll be barren with all the diehards at Pastry Town, but I doubt it'll matter in reality.

Wasn’t there a coat check included in VIP pastrytown originally? Can’t see it listed anymore

Planning on pissing off my other half (see what I did there?) and grabbing some of that porter and ACE if there’s any left around 1:30 today if anyone wants to do an impromptu pre meetup meetup on a Friday afternoon.

The gold one with the snowbirds label is VIP. The cartoon version was for sale yesterday.

Looks like there’s about one pallet left of experimental ACE if anyone’s looking to grab some.

Dumb question for my fellow VIPs: Are we supposed to bring the teku or do we get a VIP glass tomorrow?
