Looks like I’m going to have some fun in this group, planning some shenanigans for next week just to keep up with the damn sign up thread, I clearly didn’t know what I joined but fuck if i’m not excited haha

Ok, so here’s my take on this tasty box sent to me by the fool of all fools @AyatollahGold

Two new FFF beers. A freaking ESB, Lord Real Admiral. Love ESB. And the big mama: Behemoth. For those of you who follow NBS or participated in the last Can Can BIF you may remember that our gracious host sent me three Behemoth barrel aged variants. But I’ve never actually had the base beer. So I am psyched to try this want.

A freaking Oak Smoked Bock from Daredevil, an entirely new brewery.

A quad (coffee and vanilla) and dubbel (Cherry) from Taxman. Two new beers from a brewery I absolutely love.

And last, but certainly not least, two fruited sours from Urban Artifact, a brand new brewery for me.

Thank you so much, Dayton. Love the variety of styles, new breweries and new beers from some favorite breweries. I don’t know what I did to deserve to this, but you will pay.

After I had already sent it and telling my wife about what the deal was (you not knowing it was coming, or who it was from), she informed me that my name is on the label for return.

Gotta say I’ve never looked or paid attention to that.

I’ve got a lot of learning to do about how to be a ninja...

 

And I had to talk to quite a few old people to get that! That’s not just a one deal thing!

 

Haha well finding a box when I got home from work was a surprise in and of itself.

As for ninjas, I think you’re doing it just fine! I had to explain to my wife what a ninja box is. She gave me an unenthusiastic “that’s cool.”

Busy day at work so I didn’t have time to fuck off and read this thread. 4 pages and a couple ninja boxes later, I’m all caught up. Love the pube packing and shout out to the Chinese dude who dyed them for the box. That’s a nice personal touch. Nice boxes everyone!!

My turn to get in on the mix. LIF opportunity for some sour beers. Pick a number between 1 - 100. Guess it or closest to, gets some delicious sour beers (not the overly acidic ones that strip the enamel off your teeth - those are gross). Tag me so I can see your guess.
