Haha, thank goodness I totally wasn't one of those people...

Anyways, are people planning on aging these bottles or drinking them fresh? One of each?

Lite Brite was impressive. Rosaic (the Ten Mile collab Rose Brut IPA) was drinkable and somewhat enjoyable. Wouldn't drink more than a half pour though.

Didn't pick up the Friends bottle, but I spent way too much last/this week on beer already. Shame.

Anyone picking up Hops of Fury? Had it two weeks ago when it was on the boards and I enjoyed it. Probably wasn't a good idea to have that as my first beer with no food tho.

Picked em up around 9am. I probably should of stayed home and had a can this afternoon instead of wasting my time going to Monks. Oh well. Live and learn.

What time did you go to Monkish David ? I stopped in on my way back from flying in to LAX at around 3:45pm got a wristband and grabbed a half dozen bottles, it sold out just a few minutes later.

    Cheers,

Have you cracked a can ? Curious how it is from can. I have to fly up to a client tomorrow for the day and hope it's still available when I get back tomorrow evening.

    Cheers,

I would of got there around the same time but the 405 crawl delayed me. Got there 420ish. Guys pulling out of the lot was saying it was already sold out. So I got a fill of Windmills and had a half pour of Pug. It was pretty good for west coast. Just a wasted 3 hours for me to get there and drive another hour and half back to HB. Thats why I don't do Monks. Why would today be any better? Not blaming Monks or the Monkettes. Blaming me for thinking I could get some bottles of Pug. It'll probably be another 2 plus years before I go back there. Lol. Thats the reason why I work 16 hours on Tue/Wed's so I don't have to deal with the 405 crawl. Only on Thursday if I go to work. Glad you got some bottles Bud. It isn't a good day for me thats why I'm ranting right now. Couldn't get a flight out to Edinburgh and no Pug bottles. Oh well. Life goes on..... Cheers Bud.

David, I'll put a bottle aside to share with you when we can hook up at BW or RiiP. BTW, I filled another growler of Windmills too, It's really west coast at heart, very different Monkish beer and one I think you'll really like, bummer bout the flights buddy, but you do have the most amazing job that allows you to fly anywhere anytime, look at the silver lining !

    Cheers,

Thx Bud. . I do love my job and the bennies that go with it. But you have to remember its stand by when we fly. But a lot of times we fly 1st class. We are going to try Edinburgh sometime in May. We will go to Korea in April. Reno the end of this month for Revisions 2nd Anniversary shin dig. Last year was a blast. Let me know when you make it over to RiiP or BWSB.

    Just for you, bud

I feel like it's even more approachable out of the can. On draft, it's pretty dank and sticky. This is dangerously drinkable

LB had a good amount left when we crawled home for the night. Hayabusa is taking mighty fine too.

    HELL. YES.

Canned 'busa would be the perfect outdoor drinking beer.

Also, I'm feeling less ambivalent about skeeball now. Things are LOUD AS HELL when people play.
