Double Galaxy is on tap at places in Philly right now. Not sure how far you are. Check Untappd.

Looking forward to my first trip to HF in two months. Are there still long lines to purchase their beers? Or is this a thing of the past, where three hour long lines were quite common, from what I've read and heard? I called Winooski Beverage and asked when they got in Heady Topper as I was interested in buying a case. They told me they pretty much have it all the time and there is no wait or special day they receive deliveries of HT. Looking forward to a similar experience with HF. What can I expect when I go there on a Thursday when they open?? Thanks guys!

It all depends on what they release. Wednesday at open for a big release will be crowded. If there is a big release and there is not a large volume left at close on Wednesday, Thursday at open will be crowded.
Two months from now is typically a pretty mellow time of year. Between ski season and summer tourist season. I would expect you to have a fairly short wait, but you can never tell.
On big release days I usually arrive between 4p and close on Wednesday or Thursday. I have not hit a line of more than a few people in a long time.

Yep, but that is usually worth a line!

    Or memorial day weekend.

Isn't MDW part of the Anniversary Week?

Usually the end. They celebrate Anniversary Week leading up to the Memorial Day long weekend. Likely this year, Wed. 5/22-Sat. 5/25.

Longest line I've been in since the expansion was at an Aaron release and it was half an hour at most. You can also get draft and bottle pours while you wait for growler fills, and they might even be into food truck season by then.

Like other folks said, the anniversary stuff is something to watch out for, and if it's big release maybe don't go right at open, but basically it's chill there like 92% of the time.

Someone posted a snippet from the CW email on Facebook about this weeks release but it was deleted. Apparently Ann with golden raspberries AKA Anne is coming. 375 ml $75, unclear if it’s CW only or on site or anything

HFS site says $60, which I believe is in line with normal Ann pricing. Still expensive, but for the sake of accuracy.

16-30 months in barrels + 4 years bottle conditioning. We're paying that bottle's rent for the last 6+ years.
