Funny, slightly related story. I remember going to a concert years ago where High on Fire were getting booed off stage because Lamb of God was on next and the crowd didn't want to wait.

 

I hear you, it's incredibly disappointing. FFF has typically done a good job - Skeletonwitch, Amon Amarth, Obituary, Pallbearer, Revocation, etc.. sadly we're stuck with high pitched thrash or fuzz metal. I'm going to catch some heat for sounding like a pretentious metal elitist for this post haha

The lineup is garbage. I thought it was funny how so many people on FB wer excited for some of this ***** shit. I saw Aborted last night in the city and there was more than one moment during their set where I thought how badass it would be if they played DLD. I had a feeling they weren't going to top last years headliner.

D wasn't that bad last year. Less time lugging your allotment around. Granted you have to pace yourself better...
