    Chirpin' Bird collab between El Segundo and Pizza Port. Not a bad Wes Coast IPA— everything that one looks for in this style is sort of here, but I don't believe this would be one of the strongest products for either brewery. Cheers!

    We used to go to the Dirty Truth back in college a lot. I remember drinking my first Bluebird bitter there and being very excited to try Bear Republic Racer 5 for the first time. Good times.

    Clear, golden yellow body; lively carbonation; thin yet lasting head with sheets and rings of foam along the glass. Earthy, herbal aroma; spicy. Spicy flavor combining notes of anise and mint; fairly strong bitterness; herbaceous. Medium body; tingly on the palate; mostly dry feel throughout.

    A nice saison, lightly fruity with a strong herbal quality throughout.
