    I would like to know what the pale ales shipped around The Horn to India really tasted like. Regardless, I do know the British contingent liked them better than the fresh local stuff.

    Dates are a bit confusing and everyone seems to have an opinion on the exact "birth of the IPA".

    At this point I'm tired of talking about it. I love my IPAs and I'll just leave it at that. LOL

    The exact birth date of any beer is the date stamped onto the bottom of the can. I’m sensitive to fading hops, if it’s old it’s a no buy, if it’s not dated it’s a no buy. I love ipas too, but I love them fresh.
