First time poster, long time reader. Remember to shave your chest. It's much easier to do megawhale body pours off of a smooth chest.

we arrived closer to noon last year, there were ZFG for number of bottles and names on passes (i.e. while they checked for over 21, they were not matching names to entry bracelet). We stood near the stage most of the day. As the variant lines were winding around us, we were able to do some nice sharing outside of our immediate group as people waited in line and then as the lines moved past us.

When I went 2 years ago Im pretty sure it had the Oz limit listed on site but I dont remember them really enforcing it. I like running to my hotel to drop off my allotment so I dont have to worry about it all day. Pretty sure I took some shit in when I initially went in and grabbed more from hotel when I went back in later.

Anyone seen any announcements for Shuttle service to & from Chicago to 3F?

I've had workers joke with me that the water I brought in was vodka, so unless you're bringing in an excessive amount of booze, I highly doubt they've got a scale to catch people. Just keep this in mind, all those bombers get heavy, so I'd probably limit it to 4 or 5 beers with a frozen bottle or two for coolness and hydration.

Anyone have recommendations for a sweet online T-shirt maker company? My buddy made a tight #BabySharklord logo, and my body needs a tight #BabySharklord shirt.

Making the trip out for DLD for the first time....With no set times posted can you guys give me any idea from years past what times the music runs to. Trying to figure out what times to schedule the shuttle back into Chicago and don’t wanna schedule it before all the bands are done.

    Thanks!

Custom ink is always easy. But they might have minimum qtys. I like Printful and I used to have a T-shirt shop on their platform. Usually no minimums. Not screenprinted though as it is a print on demand service.

Here are last year's set times. Sets are 45 minutes I believe, so it's likely you'll be there to near close if you want to see all the bands. Assuming the last band takes the stage at 8pm. Have fun.

    DYING FETUS 8pm
    PIG DESTROYER 6:30pm
    REVOCATION 4:45pm
    ALL HELL 3:30pm
    BRAIN TENTACLES 2:15pm
    CANYON OF THE SKULL 1pm

Pardon my ignorance on Nuclear Assault, but can we expect them to finish second to last before High on Fire? I'd actually like to enjoy the music this time around. Also, did kegs last through Dying Fetus last year?

Do the website where you make it and people can buy it . I'd be down for getting one .

    Is that cafe press?

Also, I’m a little concerned by all the help, politeness, and factual information getting tossed around in this thread. While generally welcome in this age of incivility, my advanced calculation device is showing a strong correlation between “nice” and “rain.”

MIkerphone ruined the DLD thread, that's the only possible explanation.

It’s @Jmorey, he’s like the 4th nicest person I know. He does a great “no-rain” dance to “No Rain” by Blind Melon. So no worries on that part #sunshinebabyshark

I think you've stumbled across the "issue" here. I've met both of them personally, and would agree that @Jmorey is quite a nice guy. On the other hand, there is @Quilentro, who is known for berating employees of Mikerphone, trying to swindle beer from Corridor employees, and has a quick trigger finger if you mention Maplewood.

Maybe this can stir up some drama in this thread.

If that’s all I’m known for, I still have a lot of ground to cover.

@Jmorey - looks like we’re headed for a duel at Dark Lord Day.

Observing Victorian era duel mores, I’ll choose a weapon with which your comrade suggests familiarity: interpretative dancing.
