Can you post a picture? If it's like the one currently on sale on their website, then I agree @jheimbigner . It would have to be a previous generation (if there even was one, I don't remember) for it to have some trade value.

 

Oh wow, thanks for letting me know. I'm pretty sure it's the same one on the website. I assumed they were as limited as the KBBS bottles. Guess not!

 

I am looking to trade a bottle of Schramm's Heart of Darkness for some barley wines. I was hoping for something like Anabasis + Blue Ridge for HoD. Not sure if this looks good, is close, or is way off. Do I need to add something like a bottle of Chrissie? Any feedback here is appreciated. Thanks!

 

Depends on batch of HOD and bottle size. For instance batch 7 (375ml) would maybe land anabasis, nowhere near both.

You're probably looking closer to 3:1, though it's hard to trade Assassin for KBBS even if trade value lines up.

Summagick for 2018 Handjee. How close am I?

 

Pretty far off in my opinion. On an order of multiple Summagick needed for Handjee '18. If I had to guess, you won't even get interest from anyone with a Handjee '18 without putting up 3 Summagick. I don't have Handjee '18 or Summagick so I have no vested interest. But if I had Handjee '18, you wouldn't pique my interest without 3.

 

I would guess you're looking at 2:1. Summagick has gone for KBBS 3:1 multiple times, and 2:1 for BA AT and BBTb1 (which are around the same trade value as Handjee 18). It's hard to tell since Summagick is still so new, though.

 

Also, Summagick just went 1:1 with BAA too. Given that, Handjee isn't BAA x2 is it?

 

True, but that trade up tax can be brutal sometimes. I think it comes down to how much people outside of western PA like it when the first bottles start to get opened.

Summagick is so much better than handjee.

 

How may VR units is BBT b2 going for these days? I see it selling online for 1.5-2.5. But averaging about 2. Does it trade higher than it sells?
