Great notion is always on the list. Making a trip soon. Will bring back a bunch. Will trade shortly after.

I understand, it was the first generation of the bigger DIPAs. A Pliny still makes me smile though, I had one on tap at Monks in Philly and it hit me the same way. Might have been better if it was colder, but that’s my personal preference.

I used to be the Forrest Gump running up the driveway GIF whenever one of the local bottle shops posted they had gotten some in. Anymore it seems like places always have it on hand. Not saying I don't still enjoy it, but absence does make the heart grow fonder, and all that jazz. Didn't know that Wisconsin Brewing was contract brewing this now.

This is what I was told by my local bottle shop guy (who heard it from the distributor). This makes sense to me though. Typically breweries like to increase production to help pay for a brewery expansion, which Floyds are currently doing. The only way to increase production is to contract brew.

Agree totally. There’s not too much I can’t get and being in the Cleveland area Im lucky to have so many great breweries in and around the area. I do want to try Sip of Sunshine and Heady Topper though.

If FO was sitting on shelves at my local beer store I'd probably be divorced and homeless.

We do get Toppling Goliath here, but still not likely to ever get my hands/lips on a KBBS.

Replying to myself again. I KNOW I had the Bass. It was in a little nip bottle.

Pliny 2 might be a good idea, there's so many hops out there right now, it could use a face lift of sorts. I’d still keep the classic original though, it’s still a great beer, I just think Monks thought it should be served at 55 degrees that day. I like cold beer.
